This page contains some writing and code samples, for the curious.

Perl

Having shifted from applications programming to more internet-oriented programming over the years, Perl has become our language of choice. It's got power, flexibility, speed, and beauty. Plus it's free and runs everywhere. What more could you ask for?

People either love Perl or hate it. People who hate it tend to argue that bad Perl is the worst kind of code out there, because it's so loosey-goosy and abusable. It's been called a write-only language by some. Folks who love it tend to love it for its flexibility and power. Yes, it's possible to write abominably compex Perl. It's also possible to write dazzlingly simple and elegant Perl. We strive for the latter.

For a small, self-contained sample, you could look at the source code to an errorlog monitoring script we wrote for our own and clients' sites. It's typical of our programming style.
